Simcom Adds Support For SQL Server

UPLAND, CA, March 10, 2003 - Simplified Computer Systems & Training (Simcom) today announced support for Microsoft SQL Server in its WebSBA line of products. To speed development and lower costs for its clients, Microsoft Access had previously been the only database option.

While Microsoft Access is a simple and inexpensive database solution for most small businesses, support for SQL Server now makes WebSBA a viable solution for businesses with high performance and reliability requirements.

"Microsoft Access is a cost-effective database for most of our target market," explained Simcom President Harry Panagiot, "however, its performance degrades as more users are added. SQL Server, on the other hand, is capable of much higher performance standards."
